Here are some interesting places you would love to visit during your vacation in Dubai.

 

Burj Khalifa:

As it stands at over 828 meters, this building is the tallest in the world, towering over all the other tall buildings in the world. The Burj Khalifa, being the tallest structure, also has an elevator with the longest travel distance in the whole world. Get inside and let this high-speed elevator carry you to the observation deck up to level  124. There are glass walls from the floor to the ceiling at the top (the observation deck),  providing you with stunning 360-degree views of Dubai and the surrounding desert and ocean.

 

The Dubai  Fountain: 

The biggest choreographed dancing water fountain in the world is also located in Dubai.  The Dubai Fountain blasts water in harmony with different forms of music high up in the sky.  It performs every day with afternoon and evening performances, which occur every 30 minutes. The fountain is 900 feet long with five different shaped circles and sprays water as high as 500 feet. At night, it is a must-see.

Ski Dubai:

Ski Dubai is built entirely indoors and skiing, snowboarding, and even tobogganing are possible for tourists.  The park has all the equipment available for hire, including instructors for any snow bunnies in your party, so no need to take your skis or boards.

 

Dubai  Creek:

Tourists also feel the need to return to the water after spending time in the desert. They can’t do anything other than head for the Dubai Creek saltwater.  Visitors will take a relaxing ride on a traditional wooden water taxi called an abra here Stroll along the shore or take a seat and watch the sunset like the locals over the water. It is a perfect way to take in some of the older parts of the city by using the abra.

 

Al Bastakiya:

One of Dubai’s oldest residential areas is Al Bastakiya, which in itself has become a  museum. It is the historic district of Dubai, built at the end of the 19th century, and tourists can view old architecture that winds through classic, narrow streets.

 

Palm Jumeirah:

The largest man-made island in the world, the sometimes controversial Palm Jumeirah, has been referred to as the Eighth World Wonder.  It features beaches, marinas, bars, and several retail outlets, along with villas and apartments, to fill your Instagram feeds with images.

 

Dubai Mall:

Those who feel like shopping should go to the world’s largest shopping center,  Dubai  Mall.  There really is something there for everybody, with over 1,200 different shops (and the Dubai Fountain). The mall gets more than 100 million visitors per year because of that. It is about the size of two soccer fields put together and also has an ice rink and an aquarium.

 

Flyboarding:

Flyboarding was invented by French jet ski designer Franky Zapata and is one of the most popular sports in Dubai. You too might sound like Spider Green Man’s Goblin. It’s quite a cool sport.

 

Safa Park:

Safa Park, the most popular outdoor area in the region, is one of the largest and oldest green spots in Dubai.  It features a lake with small boats, bikes for hire, and even a small waterfall floating along with it. Some of the greenery has given way to The Dubai Canal, one of Dubai’s newest projects.

 

Persian Cuisine:

Dubai also provides some of the world’s most delicious Persian cuisine. Your choices are infinite, from kebabs to dishes. For any lover of Persian cuisine visit these places;

  • Abshar is a top destination, It’s set in a bunch of stores, but the food is far from the fare for the food court. There are a lot of genuine dishes, but kebabs are especially common. There is also a  buffet for those who can’t quite decide what to order.
  • Anar has sleek decoration that is worth seeing for itself. The food is a wonderful  Westernized Persian mix. Although it’s a little on the expensive side, its quality means it’s always busy, so during off-hours, visitors may be better off visiting the restaurant.
  • Baku Caspian The illusion of a small intimate, at-home meal is created.  The food, which is not always easy to find, is traditional Azerbaijani.

 

Skydive:

Looking for the excitement of a lifetime?  The answer is skydiving in Dubai. This is the total experience to write home about,  whether you’re a first-time daredevil (which is achieved in tandem) or a seasoned jumper. There are two sites on Skydive Dubai, one in the heart of Dubai and the other in the desert.  There are strict weight restrictions as well as clothing specifications, so check before you plan to… dive in.
