  1. The first thing you need to do for remote work is to establish a workspace in your home. Equip the space with proper office settings. Better to use a separate room but opt for a physical divide if there is no room. 
  2. work schedule is the next step. Work from home doesn’t mean that you work whenever you want. It will disturb your routine life. Having a proper work schedule allows you to complete your work within given timelines and does not affect your family time. 
  3. Always get yourself dressed the same as you have to go office. You can choose a proper dress up your waist for a professional look and keeping yourself comfortable at the same time. 
  4. Keep all of your technology gadgets and devices with you for seamless work and no disturbance. The water bottle on the office table is an important gadget as well. 
  5. Check your internet connectivity properly; make sure it is seamless during working hours to avoid a hassle during the day. 
  6. Communication is affected badly during work from home. You need to establish different communication channels that give you a feel of the office. Other than phone calls, video calling, and instant message apps can be helpful for a better flow of information along with emails. 
  7. An informal chat with your colleagues in the office keeps you connected with them. During work from you can do this by making chat groups and have fun with your colleagues. 
  8. Online meetings are a regular thing during work from home. Be an active participant in these meetings. It will let your colleagues know that your productivity is not affected. 
  9. Working continuously may take a toll on your mind. So keep small breaks in your work schedule to keep yourself fresh and energetic throughout the day.
