Ways on how to Check your 9mobile Data Balance

There are four methods for determining how much mobile data you have remaining. They are distinct but equally trustworthy.

1. Via USSD code

This is the quickest and easiest method for determining your Etisalat data balance. This method works on any handset, new or old, and does not require an internet connection.

You must memorize the simple code *228#. It is *399*2#. With its assistance, you will be able to submit a request to the system and receive an immediate response. It will manifest as a post. The message will detail all of the available packages, standard or bonus, as well as the remaining data and their expiration date.

2. Via SMS

This approach is somewhat similar to the one described previously. Rather than using a USSD code, you send a standard text message to a special short number. Create a new message with the word BAL as the topic. There are no quotation marks needed; only the three capital letters are required. Then, text this message to 228.

This is the same number for all users. Within a short period of time, you will receive a text message informing you of your 9mobile data balance, its expiration date, and any additional steps you can take to win bonuses. This method of determining your 9mobile data balance is simple and does not require internet connectivity or a smartphone.

3. Via the mobile app

If you own a smartphone, you can greatly appreciate the 9mobile service. It will not only display your 9mobile balance but will also allow you to change subscription plans and access a wealth of useful information.

The program is available on the Google Play Store for Android devices and on iTunes for Apple devices. Download and update it like you would any other program. And, using your phone number, you’ll need to register in the system. When completed, the application will display your account details, including your subscription plan, available airtime, and data.

Additionally, the program enables you to replenish your balance using either airtime or your MasterCard. The app includes instructions. The framework enables you to administer your account according to your preferences. You must have internet access in order to use it. As a result, this approach could not always be as effective as the previously listed 9mobile data code or SMS.

4. Via Customer Care Service

Finally, you can contact customer service to learn what you need to know about your balance, subscription plan, and incentives. This approach is useful if all others fail or if you have questions.

For all phones, dial 200. If paired, simply follow the on-screen instructions. These are the four methods available in Nigeria for checking your 9mobile data balance. Each of them is incredibly easy to use and extremely powerful. Whichever phone you own, regardless of its age or sophistication, you can always choose the most convenient process.
