Steps To Deleting A Facebook Page

Since different people use different devices to handle their affairs on Facebook, all three most used devices are considered.

On iOS And Android Devices

Open your Facebook app.

Click the menu bar at the bottom right corner (iOS) or top right corner (Android).

Scroll through the options which come up to find and click Pages.

Select the page you want to delete.

Click the ellipses (…) on the top right corner. This will bring up a list of options.

Select Edit Settings.

Select General. A new page with subheadings come up. Each subheading carries its own options.

Click “Permanently delete (page name)” under the “Remove Page” subheading.You’ll be asked if you’re sure you want to delete the page. You also will be shown the “Cancel” and “Delete Page” options.

Choose “Delete Page”.This will ensure the page is deleted.

On Desktop

Visit the Facebook website to sign in to your account.

Click the downward facing arrow on the top right corner.A drop-down menu with several options should pop up.

Select Manage Pages. This takes you to a list of pages you have.

Select the page you want to delete.

Click Settings on the top right corner of the new window.

Click Remove Page at the bottom of the screen.

Click “Permanently delete (page name)”.You’ll be asked if you’re sure you want to delete the page and also will be given the “Cancel” and “Delete” options.

Choose “Delete”.This will ensure the page is deleted.
