However, there may come a moment when you don’t want to send an email with a signature, or when you want to manually add a different signature to each email. The procedure for removing an email signature from Gmail is also fairly straightforward.

Gmail Desktop Browser: Remove Email Signature

  • Select the Gear symbol from the menu bar in the upper right corner of your screen after logging into your Gmail! account.
