Facebook- How to Change Date of Birth on Facebook – In Facebook, our DOB (Date of Birth) is very significant. To let our friends know about our birthdays, we post our date of birth on Facebook.

Our friends get a message on our birthdays, informing them of our birthday and wishing us on Facebook.

If we’ve recently updated our birthday on Facebook, we can have to wait a while before we can change it again.

The measures to update your date of birth on Facebook are as follows:

Computer:
1) Go to your Facebook account and log in.
First, we’ll go to the official Facebook website by typing https://www.facebook.com/ into the address bar of our favorite web browser.

We will be taken directly to the News Feed page if we are already logged into Facebook. If we do not have a login, we must enter the username, phone number, and email address, followed by the password, in the appropriate tab.

How to Change Your Facebook Birthday

1) Go to your profile page.
We’ll now go to our Facebook profile by clicking the profile button on the right-hand side of the search bar.

2) Go to the “About” section of the website.
We’ll go to the About section of our Facebook account after entering our profile by clicking the About button. Below the profile name, the About button will be available.

3) Choose the date of birth from the drop-down menu.
We’ll scroll down the page and look for our birthdate. We’ll click on the DOB once we’ve found it to edit our contact and basic details.

4) Select the Edit button next to the date of birth you want to alter.
We’ll now update our date of birth by selecting the Edit button next to the date of birth.

5) Change your birthday.
Using the day, month, and year selectors, we’ll now change the date of birth. Security fields will be available here as well.

6) Make a note of the new DOB.
We will check the box to confirm our age after setting our new DOB, and then press the Save Changes button to save our new DOB.

Adjust your birthday on Facebook’s mobile app:

1) Go to your Facebook account and log in.
We’ll start by launching the Facebook app. This will take us straight to the News Feed tab.

If we do not have a login, we must enter the username, phone number, and email address, followed by the password, in the appropriate tab.

2) Go to the Facebook menu.
We’ll open the Facebook menu by clicking the menu icon in the top-right or bottom-right corner of the Facebook page after we’ve successfully logged in.

3) Go to your profile and open it.
We’ll open our profile by clicking the profile button after we’ve opened the Facebook menu. Any of the basic information about us is found in our profile.

4) Select the three dots with your mouse.
By clicking on the three dots with the name “See Your About Info,” we will open the about section of our profile. These three dots will be found underneath the name of our college or school.

5) Go to the basic details section.
We’ll go to the Basic Info section of our Facebook account’s about page after opening it.

Gender, birthday, language, and what you’re interested in are all basic pieces of information.

6) Choose Edit from the drop-down menu.
On the right-hand side of the Basic Details, we’ll press the Edit button. This button will show all of the basic data in editable mode.

7) Decide on a new birthday.
There are three selectors in the birthday section: date, month, and year. We’ll alter the birth date by using these selectors.

The privacy choice will be visible with these selectors in the birthday segment.

8) Save your changes
Finally, we’ll press the Save button at the bottom of the page to permanently save the changes we made on the birthday.

Our old birthdate will be noticeable in our profile if we do not save the update.
