The required information must be gathered and submitted by you, the Applicant. This is a very difficult curriculum to get into. Your application will be judged based on the details you provide, so be sure to answer all relevant questions fully.

For each section of the application, read and follow the instructions given.

Gather the following employee/parent details before registering to ensure that your application is complete:

Financial information about the family: the employee’s or parent’s total annual income from all sources before taxes, as well as the employee’s or parent’s spouse’s or applicant’s total annual income from all sources before taxes.
