How do I check the balance of my Polaris account on my phone?
From the phone number registered with Polaris Bank, dial *833*6#.
To check your balance, choose the sixth option.
When the network asks for your account number, enter it.
If you are a PolarisMobile customer, enter your PolarisMobile PIN to authenticate your transaction, or enter the 4-digit PIN created during your *833# registration to authenticate your transaction.
After you’ve completed the steps above, you’ll receive an email with your Polaris account balance.
Make sure you dial the code using the phone number you used to open the account or the phone number you specified during the account opening process for warning receipt.
Limits and Fees
A fee of ten nairas is charged for using the Polaris account balance code. There is no limit on how many times you can use the code as long as you have enough funds in your account to cover the cost.
Aside from the 10 naira transaction charge, all USSD Code transactions cost 1 naira per 20 seconds.
