Requesting a Refund in the Epic Games Store: Some Pointers
There are a few factors to bear in mind when requesting a refund for an Epic Games Store purchase:

Epic Games will not refund your money if you bought the game anywhere else. If you want a refund, you’ll have to go back to the original store where you made the purchase.

Some games are marked as non-refundable on the Epic Games Store. You will not be able to request a refund for these games.

You will not be eligible for a refund if you have been banned from a game or have violated the Epic Games Terms of Service.

If your original payment method is not eligible for a refund, a member of the Support team will contact you to arrange a different method of refunding your purchase.
