How to recover my username and password for Facebook
In FB homepage, you will find forgot password option below the login button. Click on forgot the password.
It will redirect you on some page where you have to enter your username. But what if you didn’t have your username also???
Then check Below this, they already give information, [earch by number/full name/mail address], the clock on this whatever you have
On number/mail address they will directly fetch your account and send a retrieved code on your number/mail address. For that, you will recover your username and a similar process for password also.
On full name…. You have to enter your name. By your location and some other factors, FB will show you some account with profile picture similar to your name. For that list you have to select your account and FB will send retrieve code on number/mail address related to that particular account. Remaining process will similar to the upper.
I have a very simple solution for this. Follow the below steps
step 1: Open Log In or Sign Up page on facebook
step2: Without entering anything in the Username and Password fields, click on Forgot password
step 3: You will be directed to a page asking for your email, phone number or username

If you cannot recover your email, I’m sorry to say that your account may have been lost forever. Some social media company cannot do anything in this case as they did not want to accidentally give up access to an imposter.
Most importantly, do not enter your personal information on any sites except your social media or email provider official site. Many other sites, are either a phishing site trying to get your data or a site intended for identity theft. Both are criminal activity.
