Important Information Regarding the UTME Registration in 2021

Here are five important points to remember about the UTME registration for 2021, as released by JAMB:

1.  NIN Is Mandatory

Candidates who want to register for the 2021 UTME must provide their National Identity Number (NIN) to complete the process, according to the examination body.

2. Registration Date And Centres

JAMB also announced the registration dates for the 2021 UTME, stating that the portal will be open from Thursday, April 8, to Saturday, May 15, 2021. However, the examination body has stated that the form sales for this year’s UTME will not be extended.

It also approved 700 test centers, explaining that the chosen locations are listed on the JAMB website.

3. Optional Mock And UTME Exam Dates

The mock examination, which is optional for candidates, will take place from Thursday, April 8th to Saturday, May 15th, 2021, while the UTME for 2021 will take place from Saturday, June 5th to Saturday, June 19th, 2021.

The examination will take place at any of the centers in the candidate’s chosen examination town, according to the examination body.

4. Registration Fee

“The registration fee for the 2021 application documents is N3, 500, and N500 for the recommended Reading Text,” JAMB said in a statement.
